How I Can Help

Services

Every journey is unique. Here are the paths we can walk together.

Individual Therapy

A collaborative space to explore concerns, strengthen coping skills, and work toward personally meaningful goals. Areas of focus may include anxiety, trauma-related concerns, burnout and emotional exhaustion, identity development, life transitions, relationship patterns, stress management, and personal growth. Services are provided within my professional scope and are based on individual needs and fit.

Take the First Step

Couples Therapy

Support for partners who want to strengthen communication, deepen connection, and better understand recurring relational patterns. Common areas of focus include communication challenges, conflict and repair, emotional connection, trust and intimacy, life transitions, and relational patterns and unmet needs.

Take the First Step

Support for Helping Professionals

Therapy for people in high-responsibility roles, including physicians and surgeons, nurses, first responders, therapists, AOD professionals, and others managing substantial responsibility, high-stakes decisions, or demanding work environments. Services are confidential in accordance with applicable law and professional ethical standards; the limits of confidentiality will be reviewed before treatment begins.

Take the First Step

Stress & Boundaries

Develop healthy workplace boundaries, manage overwhelming stress, and create sustainable rhythms that honor both your career and your well-being.

Take the First Step

Confidentiality and Private Pay

Discretion, By Design

A private-pay structure supports discretion, avoids insurance reporting, and allows care to remain highly individualized. Therapy can be a place to speak openly, reflect honestly, and receive support outside of professional expectations.

You do not need to reach a breaking point to seek meaningful support.

Questions & Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?
I am a private-pay, out-of-network provider. This model may be a good fit for individuals who value greater discretion and privacy in their care.
What happens in the first session?
Our first session is an intake where we will discuss your background, the current challenges bringing you to therapy, and your goals. It is a low-pressure conversation to see if we are a good fit for working together.
Are sessions strictly confidential?
Yes. Protecting your privacy is a central part of my practice. Information shared in therapy is kept confidential in accordance with applicable federal and Ohio law and professional ethical standards. There are limited exceptions to confidentiality, including situations involving immediate safety concerns, suspected abuse or neglect, certain legal requirements, or other disclosures required or permitted by law. These limits will be reviewed during the informed-consent process. Secure telehealth options are available for clients residing in Ohio.
Do you offer telehealth (online) sessions?
Yes. I offer in-person sessions in Chillicothe and secure telehealth sessions for clients who are physically located in Ohio at the time of their appointment. Telehealth services are provided using a secure platform designed to protect your health information. We will review privacy considerations, technology requirements, and telehealth consent before services begin.
